• Known for its unified sense of purpose and its seamless network of services for children and adults with disabilities or other special needs, their families, and their communitities.
• Consisitently selected as the service provider of choice by people with disabilitites or other special needs and those who refer or make decisions regarding service selection.
• Known for its quality performance in every aspect of its operations.
