Natalie moved to Alabama from South Florida in 2004 and started working for Easterseals in 2006. Her career with Easterseals began at the Pediatric Therapy Office. She managed all the day-to-day routines of the office and slowly created the processes and procedures for the location. She was responsible for the financials of that office along with managing the software for the agency. She built relationships with doctors and outside resources in the community to let people know about Easterseals. She was promoted to Operations Manager for the entire agency in 2019. Easterseals has always held a special place in her heart because for her it is truly not about the “JOB” it is about the relationships we make along the way and the people we are able to touch. She has watched “Miracles Happen” in the Pediatric Therapy world and it will always be a very special place for her.
