July is Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month 🩵 A cleft or craniofacial difference is a journey that involves a team of dedicated professionals, including speech-language pathologists, who support individuals with communication, feeding, swallowing, resonance, and so much more. At Easterseals, we are honored to have team members who bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to their work. One of our SLPs shares a unique perspective and reminds us that a cleft or craniofacial difference is only one part of a person’s story.
