We are so excited about the partnership with St. Clair Health Clinic and Easterseals of the Birmingham Area in Pell City, Alabama. This is a wonderful asset to the county and works within our mission of helping individuals — and their families!
Some facts:
- The Clinic is providing primary care serves for residents of St. Clair County between the ages of 19-64 years of age who are uninsured
- 1400 patient visits in our first year to serve patients.
- The Community Health Clinic is operated by local healthcare providers, nurses, and community volunteers who donate their time and talents to make a healthier St. Clair County.
- Services include: Physical therapy, wound care, women’s services, counseling, spiritual care, walk-in clinic, behavioral health.
- We have been up and running just over a year and are seeing amazing growth potential
