Kelsey Thompson M.S., CCC-SLP is one of our Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists and has been with Easterseals since August 2020. She completed her undergraduate studies in Communicative Disorders at The University of Alabama and stayed at UA to receive her master’s in Speech Language Pathology. Kelsey is certified and credentialed through the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed to treat in Alabama. She has specialized training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) including LAMP Word For Life, Tobii Dynavox’s Snap Core First, and Super Core through eye gaze, head switches, and touch. She has experience working with children with various diagnoses including Developmental Delay, Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Rhett syndrome, and more. Outside of the clinic, Kelsey loves getting outdoors and exploring new places to hike with her husband.
